Getting Started

How do I start my quit journey?

Download the app from the App Store. When you first open the app, you'll set your quit date and tell us why you're quitting. The app will guide you through the rest.

How do I subscribe?

You can choose to subscribe monthly ($9.99/month) or annually ($59.99 USD/year). Both plans give you full access to all premium features.

Do I need to create an account?

No account required. All your data is stored locally on your device. This means your journal entries, progress, and personal notes stay completely private.

Subscription & Billing

How do I manage my subscription?

All subscriptions are managed through your Apple App Store account. Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions to view, modify, or cancel your subscription.

Can I switch between monthly and annual plans?

Yes. Cancel your current subscription in App Store settings, then subscribe to the new plan in the app. Your current subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are processed through Apple. Contact Apple Support directly or visit reportaproblem.apple.com. We don't have the ability to process refunds directly.

What happens if I cancel?

You'll keep access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. After that, you'll automatically switch to the free tier, which includes basic progress tracking and core features.

Features & Usage

How does the AI coach work?

The AI coach learns from your journal entries, mood patterns, and quit journey. It provides personalized support, celebrates milestones, and helps you navigate cravings with evidence-based strategies. Available 24/7, judgment-free.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Since all data is stored locally, you can export your journal entries and progress data through the app settings. This helps you maintain your records even if you switch devices.

What if I relapse?

The app is designed to support you through setbacks. You can reset your quit date anytime, and the AI coach will help you understand what happened and build resilience. Progress isn't linear—every attempt teaches you something.

How accurate is the money saved calculator?

The calculator uses your daily/weekly consumption data to estimate savings. You can customize your device and pod costs for more accurate projections. It's a motivational tool—actual savings may vary based on your spending habits.

Technical Issues

The app crashed or isn't working

Try force-closing and reopening the app. If issues persist, restart your device. Make sure you're running the latest version from the App Store. If problems continue, contact us with details about what happened.

I lost my progress data

Since data is stored locally, uninstalling the app will delete your data. If you're switching devices, export your data first through settings. We're working on cloud backup options for future updates.

Notifications aren't working

Check your device notification settings for the app. Make sure notifications are enabled in both iOS Settings and the app's notification preferences. You can customize notification frequency in the app settings.

Privacy & Data

Is my data private?

Yes. All your journal entries, progress data, and personal information is stored locally on your device. We don't have access to your personal notes or quit journey details unless you explicitly share them with us for support purposes.

What data do you collect?

We collect minimal data: device information, app usage analytics, and subscription status. Your journal entries and personal notes stay on your device. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
